I came to the hospital in extreme pain, scared and by myself. Danielle sat and talked to me on several occasions. She consoled me and calmed my fears and did everything in her power to keep my pain under control and keep me comfortable. Danielle treated me as a friend and was absolutely amazing throughout my whole ordeal. She deserves to be recognized for her abilities, dedication, and professionalism. She went above and beyond what I would consider the normal duties of an RN. She made several phone calls trying to obtain information concerning my test results and communicated with the physician and others responsible for my care. Even after Danielle was moved to another hall, she still came to check on me and made sure I was doing ok. She is amazing! If we find it necessary to come to HFAH in the future, I would request her for myself or my family.
