Danika went above and beyond for me while in labor and delivery. I went in, extremely anxious and worried, and she took the time to ask questions and listen. When I was in active labor, she stayed with me the entire time and helped me breathe through the contractions, and keep me calm. She even stayed with me 2 hours past her shift. After a long anxious experience, my daughter was born via c-section, and a few days later she requested to be my nurse. I’ll be honest, I cried when she came to our room. She left a lasting impression on us, and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work, empathy, sympathy, and kindness. Thank you, Danika, for being you! You are a rock star nurse.
