Danni was so reassuring to my wife and me, at all times.
I was at Sanford Hospital in the Oncology Unit and Leukemia wing for five days. I was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) earlier as I had a bone marrow biopsy. While I was at Sanford for 5 ½ days, my nurse Danni was so compassionate and caring. However, she was also friendly and outgoing. My wife and I were so impressed with Danni, as she was so helpful to both of us in so many ways. Danni would also answer all our questions and always made us feel at ease. Danni went above and beyond the call of duty. She was always so positive, and it was clear that she loved what she was doing. Danni never made us feel hurried, as she took her time to do her work right the first time. She always treated us as family members, which is very important as I was depressed and anxious much of the time. Danni was so reassuring to my wife and me, at all times.
