Dannielle Anderson, LPN

I have been working as a sitter in the ER department for the past three months and have had the opportunity to work alongside Dannielle Anderson numerous times. Danielle always goes above and beyond for the patients. She ensures she provides me with a patient report, signs my handoff sheet promptly, and makes me feel welcome in the department. Her integrity and genuine care for the well-being of the patients are truly inspiring. She proudly wears her badge with a smile, sets a great example for me to do my job correctly, and even inspires me to be a nurse myself. Her calm and respectful demeanor towards both patients and staff, even during the busiest times in the emergency department, is truly commendable. I have never seen her stressed or annoyed by the environment or circumstances. Whenever I hear the saying, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” I am reminded of Danielle as she approaches her job with joy and fulfillment rather than treating it as a burden. I understand the job can be stressful, but she handles it gracefully and joyfully.
