First of all let me apologize for the delay in expressing my gratitude towards you good and Godly people. After I was discharged from the hospital and came home, pain became my everlasting friend. I was nursing through intense pain and sleepless nights even with the pain medications. By the grace of God the pain is now under control and I am coping well. Home P.T is putting me through intense therapy. The swelling on the knee is still quite a bit but doctors told it was normal.
From bottom of my heart I extend my thankfulness for the kindness you showed to me while I was in the hospital. It is not unusual for Dan, because in the past he showed his graciousness to me when I was admitted with cardiac problems. As a matter of fact before you both walked into my room my wife was asking me “I wonder Dan is busy today, probably, that is why he did not visit you yet”. I can see the confidence in her eyes that he will visit me no matter what. She experienced that when I was in the cath. Lab and Dr. P struggling to open my RCA. The situation there was no one with my wife, she could not hold herself together and she knelt down in the waiting area and praying with tears to the Lord for her husband’s life. Right after she finished praying and said Amen, there was a strong and comforting hand touched my wife’s shoulder. She was thinking that the Lord or His angels came and assuring her. When she opened her eyes she saw Dan. He updated what was happening to me inside the cath. lab and comforted her. He came three times that day until I was moved into recovery updating her about my status in the cath. lab. She will never forget that incident entire her life. When my church congregation arranged a “Thanks giving” service, she testified about Dan and his act of kindness called the unseen hands of God in need.
Danuta, you joined Dan with a same set of mind. You are complimentary to each other. You blend in with him very well in managing this unit towards excellency. I am blessed to work for two good human beings, share their lives and abilities towards caring and comforting others. My family and I will never forget this act of caring. We appreciate your thoughtfulness bringing something as a gift to show not only your inward hearts expression of love and out ward actions. Dan! I thank you for the kind call at my home showing your keen interest about your employee’s health and wellness. God bless you both.
