I was scheduled for an appointment on Monday. The nurse was very thorough and answered all of my questions completely and because of her, the appointment was a success. Nurse Dao was very caring and thorough with the right questions and was explaining everything that was going to take place prior to doing any of the medical tests and IV punctures. She warmed my arm prior to getting a great IV placement. She also moved my shoes away from under the sharp hazard container, she explained why she did it and that was very good information. Her skill and compassion and kindness showed me how fantastic she is. Rock Star nurse. I felt in great hand with her as my nurse.
