Darby Shotton, RN

When I was shutting down emotionally and having panic attacks, Darby came in the room and let it be known that she was concerned. She sat down with me and taught me some breathing exercises and I never really thought about that before. It helped me a lot with my panic attacks. She also talked to me a lot about the need for sleep so she put on relaxing music for me. She was also quick to grab my hand and tell me everything was going to be alright.
