We have had more than 50 nights of hospitalization. The nurses have been extremely good, and their compassion and care represent excellence and the core values of OSF. We have experienced the broad range of their skills and personalities and their diverse skills in quality care. With that background, Darcie stood out as a well-distinguished caregiver who has a full range of knowledge, compassionate bedside manners, and effective communication of the patient's interaction with the host of service providers. Her assertiveness and skills provide superior care while being able to facilitate ongoing support for my wife. She epitomizes the best of the best in caregiving and certainly, in our opinion, is an outstanding role model of superior nursing. We really appreciate her skills and the excellent care and compassion she provided. It is my sincere desire that she be recognized for this supreme level of service to my wife.
