We are incredibly grateful for Nurse Darcy’s exceptional care during our time in the NICU. From the moment we arrived, Darcy made it a priority to ensure we felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to explain every step of our daughter’s care, which helped ease our worries and made us feel confident in the team looking after her. What truly stood out was how Darcy not only took great care of our little one but also focused on our emotional well-being. She consistently reassured us that our daughter was making progress, no matter how small, and always took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Her kindness and patience made all the difference during such a challenging time. Thanks to Darcy’s support, we felt much more at ease throughout our NICU journey.
