Coming in as an employee to have a surgical procedure, I was very nervous. It's not easy being on the other side of the bed. From the first encounter, Darcy showed immense compassion and walked me through each step. I can't say enough about how much her actions and caring attitude put me at ease. She'd see me frequently as my surgery was pushed back some and kept my husband informed. Every task that she completed she explained it and made me feel like I was at home. She is such an asset to outpatient surgery. I am so thankful that I choose FWBMC for my procedure, but more than anything felt so lucky to have Darcy as my nurse.
