Darcy Lutz, BSN, RN, CHPN, recently transitioned into the role of Emergency Department (ED) clinician. She displays a strong, confident, positive leadership mentality and is a positive role model for staff. Upon hearing that a new staff member was struggling, Darcy was inspired to become her mentor. With the addition of many other new employees, she encouraged staff to become mentors as well.
Ms. Lutz researched best practice and is in the process of developing and implementing a mentoring program. She recognized the need to help and support new staff in ED and is honored for her commitment to excellence.
