My dad was a patient on the 2nd floor of the ICU for a few days. While our family was stressed, deeply concerned, and navigating a wave of intense emotions, Dari was instantly welcoming and comforting during this life-threatening situation.

Dari demonstrated the highest level of respect, empathy, and professional concern toward my dad and our entire family. In a high-stress environment, she truly stood out as the only nurse on that floor who consistently showed how deeply she cared for my dad and our family. Her passion for nursing and her dedication to her patients stood out completely on that floor.

She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my dad was comfortable, while also prioritizing the emotional well-being of me, my mom, and my brother.

Dari truly practiced holistic, patient-centered care. She took the time to brush his hair while playing songs he loved, carefully managed his comfort, made sure he had his snacks as soon as he was safely able to, and fiercely protected his need for rest.

Furthermore, her communication skills were exemplary. She proactively answered all of our questions, seamlessly tracked down information she didn't immediately have, and kept us thoroughly updated and informed.
