Darian Slama, RN

I've worked with Darian Slama for a few years, and she is a stellar nurse. We had a recent patient/case together that exemplified just how good Darian is at the bedside. During the particular case, she noted early warning signs/symptoms that allowed expedited diagnostics for the patient. The patient was ultimately diagnosed with type A aortic dissection with intramural hematoma, which required expedited transport to OSH for surgical intervention. I firmly believe that a significant part, if not the most significant reason, this patient is alive today is because Darian was at her bedside yesterday.
