During my time working with Darlene, she has always shown compassion towards her patients while providing excellent care. Darlene has a way of helping her patients truly understand the importance of wound care while providing education. Not only does Darlene make a difference to her patients but she makes a difference to other nurses. Darlene has taken the time to educate numerous nurses in wound care which in turn helps us to provide the best patient care possible. She has helped me personally grow significantly as a nurse.
