Darlene was my caregiver these past weeks. It goes without saying that she is a total professional nurse. Her level of dedication, knowledge, compassion, and great personality is an asset to your company. I would trust her with my life and on one occasion did when she took command of the breathing crisis I had and got me transported to the E.R. It was by chance that it was the day of a scheduled visit and she found me in trouble and knew what to do. My spouse was helping but this nurse recognized the need for ER attention and called 911 to transport me. I was released later that same day. The level of service I have received from your program convinced us to continue the monitoring program until I feel comfortable ending the monthly coverage.
