Darlene Darkwah, RN

Darlene was my mother's nurse for a few days about 1 1/2 weeks ago. She was very professional and caring in her manner and in how she was attentive to my mother's needs. My mother is on a ventilator and at some point, she could not communicate at all. It requires taking time to see if her needs are being met.

For one thing, there is a need to change her more often because most of the time the wick away simply does not work. Darlene was checking and made sure she was changed when she was wet. My opinion of Darlene is that she puts some of her heart and love into her work and it is very appreciated. Darlene has also been very caring and compassionate towards me and to D who has taken care of my mother for four years.

Darlene respects our family and was very kind to D who is so distraught over my mother's suffering. Darlene is respectful, caring, and attentive.
