COL Darlene D Flores, NC (MNSA), exceptional leadership and dedication have led to transformative initiatives, greatly impacting nursing care within the organization. Her collaboration with the University of the Philippines-Manila and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has not only facilitated training but also started fostering cutting-edge research in the field of nursing.
Likewise, her unwavering collaboration with the Philippine Red Cross and National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) pursued the enhancement of knowledge and skills development of military and Civilian Human Resource (CHR) PAF in the provision of first aid and life-saving skills and mental health activities.
Furthermore, Colonel Flores NC visionary leadership has promoted seamless interoperability of the Philippine Air Force nursing service with other military units during various operations, including aeromedical evacuations, command activities, and humanitarian assistance and disaster.
