I traveled from outside of the area to be treated for an illness that I have suffered greatly with for 4 years. I recently had my second extensive surgery in two years. I have experienced death and watched great suffering of close relatives, including my husband in the past. Because of this, going to the doctor, let alone surgery, cause me much anxiety.
Darlene's helpful, cheery, encouraging nature made my experience much better. She returned calls quickly. Always with a smile in her voice. She answered questions and made herself available at all times.
