Darlene Leblanc, RN,IBCLC

Darlene is the heart of our unit. She is a wonderful resource and support to all of our breastfeeding mothers (including me!). She championed our donor milk program and various initiatives to improve our breastfeeding rates and support. Darlene is also an invaluable emotional support to the staff and family when situations are difficult. She jumps in to help in many roles when the unit is busy and often stops by to reassure and comfort parents (breastfeeding or not).
