We were having some difficulty with breastfeeding, and Darlene stepped in to give me a lot of support and information to make the process easier on me and the baby.

After a rough 24 hours of confusion, Darlene is a breath of fresh air for both Mommy and Daddy. She is ALWAYS a couple of steps ahead of us, with an upbeat and extra nurturing attitude to make our time here easier to deal with.
She should be the one to train all the medical staff here on what it means to provide excellent customer service and raise the bar of healthcare professionals for St. Rose, as well as all hospitals.
