First of all, I felt the love she had for her work. She sat with me during a breathing attack and calmly explained what to do. She talked me through it and didn't leave my side. She also went above and beyond and texted a doctor on her way home about an incident that she didn't have to do. She has made me as comfortable as she could. She checks in on me when it's not even time, just to see that I'm ok. She treats all her patients this way and I know because I hear her in the halls.
