Darrian is always going above and beyond helping her colleagues. I'm astonished at the rapport Darrian is able to build with all the patients on the unit (even ones who are not hers). Today, I noticed that Darrian goes the extra mile to copy and paste the discharge instructions in a patient's language. This is something that ISD stated that they are unable to do so Darrian takes additional time to do it herself. This ensures our patients have exceptional care and helps avoid unnecessary readmissions. I'm in awe of her dedication to her patients and staff. She's a rock star!
