Darya has always been very prompt on medications and very professional in her demeanor towards me. I have chronic combat PTSD issues from my several tours in Iraq. On several occasions, Darya has awakened me from very bad nightmares and stayed with me and talked with me until my panic phase passed. That in itself shows she has gone above her job description to make sure I was ok. She has also made me feel very comfortable as far as my gender is concerned. I am transgender and she was very knowledgeable in that regard and again made me feel accepted and not ostracized. She treats me like the nurse manager treats me. She is a very good nurse and an asset to SVBGH as well as 3 West.
