This nurse – what is there not to say? The things that stuck out to me: I had COVID, and she was the one nurse I remember not being afraid of me. When she noticed I was struggling and not myself she called in everyone to talk to me and let me know I was okay. She made me laugh, she stood by my bed during horrible complications and never showed that something was wrong. She always came in with a, “Hey girl, glad you’re still here!” and never left her shift without letting me know the next day I would see her. Dasmine will forever be someone special to me and my kids.
