Dave has been nominated several times in the past. This nomination in the 4th quarter of 2021 made him the winner. "Dave went above and beyond in meeting the needs of my dad. His immediate post-op needs, such as comfort care measures and pain control, were a priority. He did an awesome job of explaining the plan of care. Dave was patient when answering and addressing the family's concerns and was also very prompt in responding to my dad's requests. He fulfilled his needs. He was great at following up with the effectiveness of my dad's pain medication. We appreciated Dave's efforts. Thank you so very much from all of us."
