My husband arrived at the ER at approximately 1150. By the time I parked the car and got through COVID testing and got to the ER waiting room the staff, including David, had my husband back in a triage room. His pulse was at 24. We checked it at home with an oxygenator and the hospital got the same number. David was kind, informative, knowledgeable, sensitive, personal, respectful, and patient. I can’t say enough about this employee. He checked in on my husband several more times when we were moved to ICU as he was now a nurse practitioner in training. He is an asset to your staff and a credit to your employment practices. He came back again to talk about a new healthy lifestyle. He shared his own weight loss story and answered lots of our questions. He is the best!
