David is the most deserving of this award! He is also funny and crazy, but when it comes to patient care he is the best and the first on the scene. One particular day our roommate was choking and I ran into the hall and called for help. David came flying in and did what was needed to help. He was so concerned and helpful. He is a nurse with a teddy bear heart.

I never met someone that could be so kind and caring and yet so funny. In times of extreme pain when meds were not working, he was there helping me to breathe my way through it and laugh at life. He drew a smiley face on my big toe of my casted foot, which I still have. It makes everyone laugh that sees it.
