David stands out in a crowd. He always puts patients first. He is compassionate and cares about each and every one of his patients as well as his co-workers. He is a phenomenal teacher and encourages other nurses to expand their skill set by instilling confidence and guidance. All of his work is patient-centered and for the good of not only their experience but the lab as well. He is hard working, inspiring, and is a great contributor to the lab.

David is always encouraging and willing to help, no matter what he is doing. Patients love David, not only because of his skill, but his presence, calm demeanor, and thorough explanation of everything from procedures to types of labs. David is one of the best nurses I have had the pleasure of working with.
