Nurse David showed great knowledge of the problem and possible solutions to our mother’s needs. He was very experienced in handling orthopedic care for his patients. David was extremely calm and supportive to mother and us. He showed great concern for mother’s comfort and well being by reading her history, taking and acting on the details reported to him by the preceding shift nurse. David looked in often as he passed by the room on the way to his other patients to make sure mother was comfortable. He anticipated our concerns and explained procedures and outcomes to be expected. He made all of us feel secure and well cared for. He has excellent interpersonal skills to go with all his professional skills and knowledge.
