Dave is down to earth nurse who treats everyone with respect. He is always on the go taking care of his nursing business. I've never seen him sitting down when there are things to be done. He makes a person want to do more because he is respected and appreciated. Dave seems to be someone who cares about others and it does not matter what your title or position is. Many call on him and he is always there. Dave deserves recognition because he recognizes others. I'm always glad when he is working. He makes it a place worth working for.
