I observed that David "Joey" laughs and plays with the residents/children he supports and puts them at ease. He talks to the children and listens to them whether it be verbal or non-verbal (body language). He is quick to help when needed. Joey is calm during emergencies and quick to assess and intervene if made aware of any issues involving the children. Providing privacy during nursing care is a daily goal for him. He ensures that the children under his care are provided with quality nursing care at all times. He is also a good mentor for the nursing students, he gives them useful information in a very professional yet friendly approach. Joey always has a positive disposition. He is an excellent nurse and mentor.
