Staffing has been crazy recently and David has been so pleasant and understanding in working out of the norm to get shifts covered. He works extra weekends and he has even worked night shifts. He always has a good attitude and says "Whatever we need for the good of the group". David goes above and beyond in caring for his patients and in helping out his co-workers. David is a Rock Star in the ED.
