From the moment he began caring for my mom, Jake demonstrated not only skill and professionalism but also a level of attentiveness that went far beyond what was expected. He was smart and thorough in his work, but what stood out most was his compassion.

Jake was always attentive to my mom’s needs and to our family’s concerns. He went above and beyond with his bedside manner, taking the time to make sure my mom felt seen, heard, and cared for. He answered every question patiently, making sure we never felt left in the dark. One thing that really touched us was how much he cared about my mom’s mental and emotional health.

He understood that moving out of the ICU and onto a different floor was more than just a medical step; it was a sign of progress, a source of hope. He made it his mission to advocate for that, staying on top of every detail and keeping us updated at every turn. Jake worked tirelessly to make sure no need went unmet, whether big or small. His hard work, his compassion, and his dedication made all the difference to my mom and to our whole family during a very difficult time.
