David is one of those special people you run across once or twice in your lifetime and not in a place you expect to find. David made me feel like he really cared for my concerns not only cause he was being paid to – he was always busy but managed to be there the minute you called or just to stop in if you needed something. He always took time to make me feel like I had a family member with me. He was very professional yet should be proud of the fact he showed concern and caring to someone in a scary situation. His family should be very proud (I know I would be) and his 2 boys someday will be a gentleman just like him.
