To pinpoint just one situation/story would be a disservice to Nurse Trottman. He is the civilian & active duty's go-to person for virtually anything. From patient care to MHS Genesis, Nurse Trottman is the definition & embodiment of a steward of his profession. He truly gives care as if every patient is family member and treats other staff so highly that it brings up morale even on understaffed and high patient load days.
