David provided exceptional care to our father over the duration of the fortnight that he was in ICU, post a severe brain haemorrhage. He was attentive to our questions and requests and generally made us feel incredibly safe to query any aspect of Dad’s care. He openly invited questions, which was refreshing given the context and severity of Dad’s condition. His attention and care made us, as a family, feel assured that our Father was in safe hands. He ensured we had appropriate music and even gave him a top-notch shave. Despite the palliative outcome for Dad, it was still hugely fortunate to encounter such compassion and kindness during this harrowing time. Thank you again, Dave.
