David's empathy, patience and compassion to the incarcerated youth in our facility and their (often very unhappy) family members is consistent. His non-judgmental, kind attitude paves the way for happier patients, peers and families. David demonstrates excellent customer care to everyone he encounters. He exemplifies a Guide, Sentry and Teacher to the other nurses at the facility.
