David Parylak, RN

I have worked a few night shifts with David, and every shift has been great! David truly makes me feel appreciated and genuinely part of a team. He ensures not only that his patients are okay, but also that those he works with are doing well. If other nurses need help, he steps in. He even checks in while in the room to see if he needs to grab any supplies, and he always tells me how great I am. Words like that help, and David truly makes a difference!

One particular night, David felt he was not administering all possible measures of care for a particular patient, as he said he felt bad and wished he could do more. I told him that he was doing a great job and doing all that he could, all while smiling and truly caring for his patients as if they were himself or members of his own family.
