I had the opportunity to observe the nurses taking care of me and my roommate during my 3 day stay. Due to my position as a Nuclear Health Physics Specialist, I am critical of people following all procedures, cooperation with co-workers, safety, communication and checking to eliminate errors, among other things. Dave excelled at all this and much more. He tended to medical needs in a timely fashion and his compassion and his respectfulness were very impressive. Dave does not just do his work, he lives his work. He should be commended for his exemplary contributions to McLaren Northern Michigan.
