When distressed patients or family members contact us seeking to reach a surgeon, Dave consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness and respect towards both patients and their families, regardless of their demeanor. He de-escalates challenging situations, ensuring that emotions remain calm, and guarantees that patients, families, and staff all feel well cared for. During traumas, Dave maintains composure and ensures that we all feel confident in our actions. Dave will always encourage you to acquire new skills to enhance your performance and ensure smooth operations in the operating room.
