David was nearing the end of a 12 hours shift when I started to feel sick to my stomach. David gave me something for the nausea but it didn't help. I started vomiting and had a bloody nose. He called my surgeon's office to get help for me. I told him to go home but he said he didn't like how I sounded. You could see the concern in his face and the gentle touch of his hand and voice. He didn't leave until he felt comfortable in doing so. He made me feel like I was his only patient and no one else mattered. He is truly a blessing and I wish him the very best in his life and career.
