My nurses were having trouble taking blood, and David came and said that it was imperative that the blood was needed to make sure that it was good enough to use a very strong antibiotic. He asked if he could take care of the blood draw. He did an amazing job! He was very quick with no pain at all. He kept me informed and made me feel comfortable with his abilities. He rushed my blood draw to the lab and as soon as possible started the new medication. I have a life-threatening infection and he did his very best to help me. He was also a pleasure to talk to and calmed me down.
