Our father was having a very rough night. We, as a family, were trying to decide if we should turn our father's care to comfort measures. David was there for us every step of the way, making sure we understood every decision/order.
At one point our father was off sedation and so uncontrollably restless. David knew we had to wait for 2 doctors to remove care and he went to bat to restart his sedation until the doctors came in. I work with nurses daily in my career and he is a breath of fresh air and a HUGE asset to your floor!
