I was staying in the Maternity Ward with my wife and my new daughter. The night before my daughter was fussy, hungry, and hard to make happy. David came in that morning and figured out that my daughter was not getting enough food through breastfeeding, but we could try some formula to assist with the feedings. David took his time and was very informative in explaining any answers to our questions about formula. Even though we asked a lot of questions, he took the time to help us as first-time parents. I will never forget David, and the information and patience he displayed when my wife Andrea and I were at the time of anxiety.
I want to honor David for his professionalism as a nurse, and he deserves an award for his actions. It is very hard to find people like David who does his job to the full extent. Please honor him by giving him the DAISY Award!
