When a patient and his wife checked in, he was sure to tell Davina he was going to be a pain in her butt. Davina's response was, "Bring It."

In no time at all, Davina had satisfied all of my requests and answered all of our questions. She had gone above and beyond my expectations. She took great care of me and my wife. She gave us a sense of comfort and at the end of our first day together, she asked if there is anything we needed in the morning when she came back on shift. I jokingly said I needed coffee.
The next morning, she walked in to greet us with a fresh cup of hot coffee! Davina was wonderful and I can tell she strives for patient service. She is an asset to the hospital!
