Hi Davina! My name is M. 4 years ago today I was involved in a car accident with my husband and young son. I was taken to LGH and was on the orthopedic floor. I had the most wonderful nurse that evening and I believe that was you. I have a fuzzy memory of that night but I do remember her name was Davina and I have an image in my mind that looks like you! Not sure if you would remember me but my husband passed away that evening in the accident and my son was rushed to Hershey Medical with a fractured skull. If so, I want to thank you for all you do.

Oh my, yes, I do! That was a very difficult time. My heart broke for you and your family. I was actually thinking of you this Christmas. My father passed away this year, so this Christmas has been difficult. I thought of you, and what you went through, and go through with the holidays. I pray your son and you are doing well. It is so nice to hear from you. Thank you for those kind words.

So glad I came across your profile! I remember telling you that you were my guardian angel that night. I was so blessed to have happened to have you that evening. In such a horrible time you were so kind and so willing to just be there. God knew what he was doing when he guided you to be a nurse. I am positive you have touched more than just my life!
I am so sorry for your loss! I can tell you it will get easier. It just takes time. I lost my mom to cancer; it will be two years in March. The first year will be rough but you will begin to heal and find a new normal. I just feel blessed to have had the time I did with both of them.
My son is now 4 and doing very well. Keeping me on my toes as little boys will do. He is a lot l like my husband, which is so cool. He enjoys learning all about him.
