Dawa's clinical skill and especially her compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that our patients, their families, and our staff recognize as an outstanding role model.
Dawa was taking care of a patient who was on comfort care and did not have any family around. During this night, she knew the patient was going to pass away. Dawa sat down and spent time with this patient to comfort him and to make sure he was not left alone.
I want to thank her for being the great nurse she is.
