I had the privilege of being in Dawlat's team during the Hajj Project in Makkah.  During this intense and challenging mission, I witnessed her true dedication as a leader. Despite the long hours and countless responsibilities, she often went without sleep, tirelessly working and thoughtfully considering every detail to ensure everything was done perfectly.

Even with very little time, she successfully created a strong, collaborative team between Fakeeh staff and the MOH. Together, we faced tough challenges, underwent multiple demanding drills, and worked under intense management pressure.  Throughout it all, she remained calm, positive, and supportive of every team member, always welcoming us with a genuine smile that kept us motivated.

 Her ability to unite different teams, lead with compassion, and achieve excellence under extreme circumstances is truly inspiring.  It is leaders like her who elevate the nursing profession.  She is truly a leader.
