Dawn took exceptional care of my mother when she was in the ICU. She took charge of the overnight nurse with such confidence and determination to help my mother progress. I especially liked how she was going to be assigned to my mother for three days in a row. she was motivated and I loved how she had goals at the end of her three days with my mom. Dawn was always willing to answer any questions that we had even if we needed things repeated. She was patient with all of us. She treated my mom as if she was her own mother. She was very attentive and considerate of all of us who were there to support my mom. She even arranged for us to have breakfast and coffee delivered to the room. We were extremely fortunate to have Dawn care for my mother while she was in the ICU unit.
