Dawn has proven to be an amazing leader for her entire time at this facility. She is unfailingly helpful. She was able to manage 2 nights of incredibly busy and demanding patients and staff without blinking an eye. Dawn often has to manage difficult patients and staff and does so with a smile. Aside from that, she is an incredible mentor and has forged amazing relationships with the agencies we work with. She is probably the best thing that ever happened to this facility.
